Eagle Eye Review is a law firm dedicated to performing Entity Reviews and Title Reviews for banks, credit unions, and private lenders to help reduce their legal and business risk associated with lending to entity borrowers.
Zach Wallin, the founder of Eagle Eye Review, is an attorney licensed to practice law in both California and Utah. He is an expert in conducting Entity Reviews for all entity types. Prior to founding Eagle Eye Review, Zach was the Senior Director of Legal Operations at GoDocs, LLC, a SaaS company that produces loan closing documents for banks, credit unions, and private lenders. In that role Zach performed thousands of Entity Reviews (at times over 300 per month) and discovered his passion for doing this type of work.
Bio:

Zach Wallin was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and was raised in Laguna Hills, California. He attended Chapman University School of Law and emphasized his studies in Alternate Dispute Resolution. While there, Zach had the esteemed privilege to work as a judicial law clerk for the presiding judge at the Orange County Superior Court- Family Law Section. Zach also interned with Bisnar|Chase where he gained knowledge of Personal Injury law, the Orange County Public Defender’s office, and the Geraci Law Firm, where he worked on all facets of real estate transactions representing lenders and brokers. Zach drafted loan documents for many of the top private lenders and ensured their accuracy with the stated loan terms.
For the last 5+ years, Zach has worked as an attorney at GoDocs, LLC. While there Zach was trained extensively in performing entity and title reviews. Zach performed thousands of entity reviews for firms such as Athas Capital, Hometown Equity Mortgage (theLender), Pacific Western Bank, The Solomon Foundation, and Longhorn Investments.
Zach is admitted to practice in courts in the State of California and Utah and is a member of both the California bar and the Utah bar.
Prior to law school, Zach attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a B.S. degree from the Marriott School of Management with an emphasis in Business Marketing. He then had a successful twenty-four-year career selling real estate in Orange County, California. During his undergraduate work, Zach spent two years in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands learning Spanish and performing humanitarian service.
